All work is scoped and quoted in advance. You approve before we start. You can stop at any checkpoint and only pay for work completed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not until you're live. During onboarding, you only pay for hours worked at each checkpoint. The monthly subscription begins on a mutually agreed Go-Live date once your team is actively using the platform.

After the initial 12-month term, you can cancel with 30 days notice. We'll export all your data in a standard format (CSV, JSON, or SQL) and delete it from our systems. During onboarding, you can stop at any checkpoint and only owe for work completed.

You do. All data you enter and all data generated on your behalf is your property. You can request a full export at any time. Custom tools built for your organization are also yours, including source code.

Each organization gets its own isolated database schema. Your data is completely separate from other organizations on the platform. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS), and automated backups run daily. Enterprise customers can opt for a dedicated database instance for additional isolation.

Starter gives you the full platform with weekly remote training sessions to get your team up and running. You set up your own data with our guidance.

Enterprise is a full-service engagement. We come to your facility, migrate your existing data, build custom tools for your specific workflows, and set up hardware like label printers and kiosk stations. It's designed for labs that want a turnkey solution.
