How we work

Most lab software ships a generic database and expects you to figure out what to record. We do the opposite. We come into your facility, configure tracking for every metric critical to your business, and turn the work your team is already doing into structured data. Then our data scientists embed with your team, building the models and dashboards that turn that data into decisions you can act on.

Define how material flows through your operation: multiplication loops that return cultures to the bench to grow your inventory, steady-state pathways that hold a population at the right level, and routing rules for everywhere in between. 04 One shipping target cascades to every resource. Specify what needs to ship. The platform computes how many cultures to start, how much media to make, how much labor to schedule — for every week of the plan. Every resource the lab consumes, traced back to a target.
05 Photos + computer vision at the bench. Beyond the operational basics — operator, medium, growth stage, container — we capture index-card photos of every critical process. Managers see culture state remotely, a visual archive grows over time, and computer-vision algorithms cross-check operator output rates against the real quality of the material on the shelf.
06 Any hypothesis, answered with your data. Every event your team enters becomes a queryable record, organized and collated correctly. Whether you're asking why a multiplication rate fell or which recipe wins on yield — the data's there, ready to be asked.
